If your copy of Windows 10 doesn't have the 'Trouble-sherder' applet under Settings > Update & Security, then don't worry - it's not gone. Microsoft simply moved its location.

To access the Hardware Troubleshooter on a modern version of Windows 10:

1) Press Win + S to open the search bar.

2) Type 'MSDT' and select 'Microsoft Safety & Recovery' from the results, even if you don't see it listed as such in your Start menu.

3) If prompted for an administrator passkey or PW enter your Windows admin password then click Next. It should now launch into a new window with various options including Troubleshoot.

4) Under this section select 'Hardware & devices' from the drop-down list, and proceed to follow any on-screen instructions that may appear.

"The troubleshooter will automatically scan for problems related to your hardware drivers or other components. It might ask you some questions during its process so make sure all relevant information is provided correctly before proceeding further!"
